A glass falls to the ground and shatters – and yet there are bridges built of glass. How do you build with clay and is it weatherproof? Can you build a high-rise out of timber? How does concrete resist heavy weight? Are these all questions you would like to learn the answer to? Then in the summer academy you are in the right place! We use the exhibition „Assemble. How We Build“ to learn more about materials and their significance in architecture. For a week we experiment with very different kinds of building materials and build for all we are worth.
