The publication published along with the exhibition «Inventioneering Architecture» puts forth the efforts of faculty and students in schools of architecture of three distinct regions of Switzerland: ETH Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich / Faculty of Architecture; USI Università della Svizzera Italiana, Mendrisio / Accademia di Architettura; EPF Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne / Faculty of Architecture, Civil and Environmental Engineering ENAC; University of Geneva / Institute of Architecture
Providing a contemporary survey of the Swiss educational landscape, the publication «Inventioneering Architecture» spans the interrelated domains of teaching and research. The probes shown in the exhibition and which are accordingly adopted in the publication are expressions of diverse points of view, positions held by an established, as well as a younger generation of the respective faculty and they represent – last but not least – the labor of many commited students on the threshold of practice.

The exhibition «Inventioneering Architecture» will be shown in October 2005 in San Francisco / USA and will afterwards travel to other places.
