The actual suburbanization of Bratislava based on regular grid of plots is not where an exceptional architecture appears often. Absence of history, roots and cultural layers of the places provides terrain vague where the only element to attach the attention to is the flow af the stream with the tree as a natural dominant. The smallness of the commission and one to one dialogue with the owner became the delicatessen project for the architect recently used to design large scale housing complexes. Whiteness, austere articulation of all elements and openness of the living space via glassed wall makes the house to differ from the adjacent ones in expression. Citations of the best interior design of the first modernity (Barcelona chairs) attach the timeless quality to the comfort of this intimate family house with green atrium next to the dominant tree.
